How it works
What adult training looks like here
- Beginners train alongside senior students rather than being kept separate
- Traditional U.S.A. Goju - kata, conditioning, and practical self-defense
- No contracts pressure at the door; train first, decide after
- Wear what you have for the first class - no uniform needed
Data missing · Adult classes
- A photograph: adults training, a mix of ages and belts in one frame. Show a beginner next to a senior grade. That is the whole pitch.
