What each class is
- Karate and self-defense
- Traditional U.S.A. Goju as Grandmaster Peter G. Urban taught it. Mondays and Thursdays with Sensei Ferdman. This is the core of the dojo.
- Aiki JuJutsu and self-defense
- Wednesdays and Saturdays with Sensei Dimitri and Sensei Yakov. Wrestling, judo and self-defense techniques alongside the JuJutsu. Call for training.
- MMA
- Fridays with Kenny. All ages.
- Sambo
- Four evenings a week for children and teens. The Sambo instructors arenot affiliated with U.S.A. Goju and run their own classes on this floor.
- Private instruction
- Martial arts, self-defense, weight lifting and strength training, on request. Call (718) 645-2402.

Yes. Times are subject to change, so call (718) 645-2402 before you travel. It also lets us put you in the right class.
Which classes are for children?+
The Sambo classes are for children and teens. Karate and self-defense is teens and adults, Aiki JuJutsu is adults and teens, and MMA is all ages.
Are the Sambo classes part of the dojo?+
No. The Sambo instructors are not affiliated with U.S.A. Goju in any way. They run their own classes on this floor.
Can I train more than once a week?+
Yes. The unlimited membership covers every class except Sambo. One class a week is also available.
