Kids Karate Classes in Brooklyn

Kids classes at Urban Goju Hall #004.

Children train in the same system, in the same room, as every student who has trained at this dojo. The pace is different; the standard is not.

How it works

What kids training looks like here

  • Focus and self-control before technique - the first thing a child learns here is how to stand still and listen
  • Structured belt progression, so progress is visible and earned rather than handed out
  • Small enough that instructors know every child by name
  • Parents are welcome to watch any class
Data missing · Kids classes
  • A photograph: children lined up on the mat, mid-class. Parental release required for every child who is identifiable.
