Teen Martial Arts Classes in Brooklyn

Teen classes at Urban Goju Hall #004.

Teenagers get treated as capable. The training is demanding and the expectations are clear, which is usually the point for anyone who walks in at this age.

How it works

What teen training looks like here

  • Genuine physical conditioning, not a watered-down kids program
  • Sparring introduced with control, under supervision
  • A room where effort is the currency and everyone can see who is putting it in
  • Works alongside school sports rather than competing with them
Data missing · Teen classes
  • A photograph: teenagers working, close enough to see effort on a face. Parental release under 18. Sweat and concentration beat a posed line-up.
