How it works
What teen training looks like here
- Genuine physical conditioning, not a watered-down kids program
- Sparring introduced with control, under supervision
- A room where effort is the currency and everyone can see who is putting it in
- Works alongside school sports rather than competing with them
Data missing · Teen classes
- A photograph: teenagers working, close enough to see effort on a face. Parental release under 18. Sweat and concentration beat a posed line-up.
